Strategy
This intensive and practical course focuses on all the essential concepts of strategy and developed and critical competences of strategic leaders including strategic thinking and strategic planning and examines strategy from the traditional and generic to the radical and innovative.

Objectives:
The objectives of the course are:
1. To understand the meanings and concepts of strategic, tactics, initiatives, strategic thinking, strategic planning and more.
2. To be able to apply traditional approaches to strategy such as the 5Ps and generic strategy (differentiation vs. focus) as well as modern concepts such as Blue Ocean Strategy.
3. To be able to utilise a wide range of strategic analysis tools for organisations, markets (actual or potential), products and marketing as well as planning and thinking tools.
4. To evaluate a range of best practice case studies linked to strategy and associated competences.
5. To formulate action plans for application of the training in real-life working contexts.
