Testing and Coaching

Coaching is a form of development, typically one-to-one, that focuses on assisting, supporting and growing an individual and allowing them to reflect, make decisions and form action plans to address the challenges they face or to achieve a desired outcome.   

In line with our 3T Model, we offer testing and post-profiler coaching to assist leaders and staff members to reflect on the results of one or more of our profilers and consider areas which they need to adapt, change or improve as well as what should continue or be better utilised.
