Certificate in Change and Transformational Leadership (CCTL)

​​​​Our CCTL programme is aimed at experienced top-level strategic leaders. This intensive and practical programme provides participants with all of the knowledge, skills and mindsets they need in order to grow their capabilities in leading strategic change and transformation on an organisational level. The course element also allows participants to share ideas and experiences as well as examine best practice case studies from a range of organisations.​​​​​

The programme includes training in use of the Change Resistance Drivers ® Test.

Objectives:

The course has a range of meaningful and impactful outcomes for attendees and their organisations:

1. To better understand organisations and their systems, structure, design, development and cultures.
2. To understand what change truly is, how transformations work and the importance of effectively managing and leading during transitions.
3. To be able to apply both traditional and more modern and radical approaches to strategy and link strategy to change.
4. To advance as a leader for organisational change and be able to set direction and inspire others through a vision.
5. To be able to manage all stages of the change process to ensure successful outcomes and avoid errors and failure.
6. To understand how to predict the impacts of change and manage stakeholders in times of change.
7. To be able to overcome fear and resistance to change and to develop others in times of change
8. To know how to lead an organisation through crisis conditions and use change management competences to recover from such conditions.
9. To improve innovation and improvement in the workplace, lead digital transformation efforts and appreciate the impact of new technologies on work.   
10. To assess best practices case studies of change (including Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030) and form action plans for application of the training at work.

5 days in-person plus pre-course and post-course work.

  • A pre-course and post-course self-assessment

  • An assessed case study analysis focusing on the core themes of the course

  • A knowledge-based and situational judgment examination
