Crisis Management and Leadership
A crisis is a sudden, unexpected negative event that has the potential to cause major lasting disruption and that requires decisions to be made in a short time in order to ensure business continuity. Managing a crisis and leading before, during and after such times requires the right knowledge, skills and mindset; this intensive and practical course, supported by a range of impactful case studies, will provide participants with the competences needed to be effective crisis managers and crisis leaders.
