Business English and Functional Communication
This intensive and highly practical course takes a linguistic focus on common workplace functional competences including presenting, negotiating, writing and meetings and aims to develop vocabulary, grammar and lexis as well as confidence for those functions.
Objectives:
The objectives of the course are:
1. To develop functional communication linked to presentations, meetings, negotiations, virtual communication and business writing on a linguistic level.
2. To develop grammar for functional communication.
3. To advance relevant vocabulary and lexis.
4. To practise the language skills of writing, reading, listening and speaking in a range of situations.
5. To produce a range of functional outputs including emails and presentations and to practise linguistic communication in numerous functional contexts.

Who Should Attend:
The course is aimed at anyone who needs to advance their English for the workplace. The course will benefit participants at B1 or B2 level of the CEFR.
