AI-Enhanced Leadership
This course does not aim to provide a list of useful tools but instead practises and develops the competences needed to best use AI to enhance and transform leadership.
This five-day programme covers ten modules:
• Module 1 – Understanding AI-Enhanced Leadership
• Module 2 – Executive Presence, Representing and AI
• Module 3 – AI-Enhanced Strategy and Direction Setting
• Module 4 – AI-Enhanced Change Leadership
• Module 5 – Leading with EI and AI
• Module 6 – AI-Enhanced People Development
• Module 7 – Decision Making and Crisis Management
• Module 8 – Project Management and Coordination
• Module 9 – Metrics and AI-Enhanced Business Improvement
• Module 10 – Case study Analysis and Action Planning
Objectives:
The course has the following objectives:
1. To better understand leadership, leadership styles and how AI can enhance leadership beyond just knowing a range of useful tools through effective prompt engineering.
2. To enhance executive presence and capability to present and represent including using AI for growth in personal brand.
3. To be better able to set direction and formulate strategy including through the use of AI.
4. To be able to use AI to improve both change management and change leadership including for considering driving and restraining forces, the likelihood of success and aiding in digitalisation and digital transformation.
5. To know how to integrate EI and AI into leadership.
6. To be able to use AI for better development of self and others.
7. To be able to utilise AI for stronger decision making and crisis management including through scenario planning and systems thinking.
8. To advance project management through use of AI for generating plans and documents and envisaging outputs.
9. To improve performance measurement processes through AI and be able to use AI for the purposes of business improvement including through Design Thinking.
10. To be able to formulate or analysis case studies using AI and draw learning experiences and precedents.

The course is aimed at anyone in a leadership role or who will be moving into one. The course will benefit both experienced and new leaders at any level.
