Time Management and Delegation
Time management is an essential skill for workers in any role and at any level of the organization. Various factors contribute to how time is managed with the success or failure of time management impacting upon leadership, motivation, results, culture, organisation, communication, stress levels and success.

Objectives:
The objectives of the course are:
1. To appreciate the importance of time management and to be able to use a range of time management tools and approaches including "to do" lists, Kanban boards, Gantt charts, PERT charts and more.
2. To overcome procrastination and increase personal effectiveness and organisation.
3. To be able to use delegation effectively and understand the limits and scope of delegation.
4. To be better able to manage stress and work under pressure.
5. To create action plans for applying the training at work.
