Leadership

This intensive leadership programme will focus on growth and advancement of key traits, qualities, knowledge, skills, styles and approaches for modern leaders to be both people-friendly and uncompromising on performance.

 

Objectives:

The objectives of the course are:
1. To grow all facets of leadership including leadership traits, behaviours and mindsets.
2. To be able to set direction and vision as a leader.
3. To be able to lead in a range of contexts including times of change and crisis.
4. To develop a motivational person-focused, authentic approach to leadership while also being able to drive performance and results.
5. To evaluate case studies of leadership and know how, when, why and with whom to be a leader.
6. To create action plans for application of the training in real-life working contexts.
