5. To be able to utilise mentoring and coaching to support and grow team members.
6. To be able to use delegation effectively and ensure higher levels of motivation amongst team members.
7. To be able to manage team development and deliver instructional content in an impactful way.
8. To know how to utilise team building including gamification.
9. To think critically about case studies of best practice in teamwork and what can be learned and applied from them.
