Our 3T Model
Our 3T Model informs the design of our profiling tools and our approach to consulting and development:

Our 3T model works as follows:
​
1. Test: An individual takes one of our profilers.
​
2. Think: The results are presented in a report and the individual reviews the report and is coached based on the results or trained in key competences linked to the test results.
​
3. Transform: The individual begins to apply their learning in the workplace and achieve greater results based on higher self-awareness, decisions made, weaknesses addressed, strengthens grown and more.
